Innovative Digital Investors, L.L.C. is the Adviser to an Investment Fund focused on making pre-IPO investments in companies involved in emerging technologies. We use our knowledge of securities laws and capital markets experience to help guide our portfolio companies to larger funding through early stage share listings. This process can unlock shareholder value for our fund as well as the shareholders of the portfolio companies themselves. Additionally, we focus on making Private Investments in Public Entities (PIPE transactions).
