Jonathan Bates
CEO & Chief Investment Officer
As a former Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Securities, and with more than 25 years of financial industry experience, Jonathan has spent his career analyzing the interrelations of a vast number of different markets. His deep understanding of institutional trading environments is a critical resource to the operations he oversees. Jonathan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992 with a degree in Business Finance. He lives in Manhattan Beach, CA and has four children.

Raymond Mow
Portfolio Manager
Raymond has over 28 years of financial industry experience, most recently as Managing Director at First Foundation Advisers overseeing $2.3 billion in assets. Raymond has spent his career managing assets in both institutional and retail portfolios, including registered Mutual Funds. As a member of the investment policy committee, Raymond collaborated on asset allocation policy and customized portfolio construction. Previously, Raymond was Senior Portfolio Manager at Highmark Capital Management, overseeing $2 billion in assets. Raymond holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Hawaii, Manoa.

With over a decade of institutional exposure to financial markets, Nicolas has developed an extensive understanding of derivatives trading and assorted investment strategies across asset classes. Nicolas' deep knowledge of complex market dynamics serves as a valuable asset to the ideation and execution of firm strategies. Nicolas is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), holds the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) designation, and obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Finance.
